Who developed DividendVPP?

DividendVPP was co-developed by Molecule Systems and Lightsmith Energy, combining execution infrastructure (Molecule) with forecasting and optimization intelligence (Lightsmith). Molecule provides the edge-based control layer-MOS 350 gateways, real-time telemetry, deterministic dispatch, protocol-agnostic integration-ensuring batteries respond reliably to dispatch signals. Lightsmith provides the value-stack algorithms-forecasting TOU windows, predicting demand response event likelihood, bidding into wholesale markets, optimizing across multiple programs simultaneously.
